#An Artist.

What does the word artist mean to you?

What picture of that person pops up in your imagination when you hear someone saying “I am an artist”?

You are really smart, you may think why even bother to imagine and use my already occupied brain to imagine what kinda artist she is when I can directly ask her”.

Of course, you can ask. (And you must if you think she is kinda pretty or he is kinda hot). But before you decide to ask, your brain does a lot of calculations, imagination, and guessing (and it all happens within a fraction of a second) and brings out so many pictures of that artist.

Well, the probabilities are that you imagine someone as an artist, you picturise someone having a paintbrush in hand or someone with a needle in hand with their own hand covered with tattoos or someone with uncombed crazy hair holding a guitar, someone holding a mic and singing ‘Talking To The Moon’ (One of my favorites) or someone acting in front of the camera.

Whenever you imagine someone as an artist, you imagine someone doing some sort of activity, some movements, right?

And when I say that I am an artist, that you too are an artist. Would you agree?

I hope you have understood now what I am talking about. If you haven’t….well…I am talking about our own life and the way we live. We all are artists performing. Aren’t we?

Our everyday life, our work, our relationship, our routine,…everything is a performance.

Right now I am performing as I am writing this blog. You are performing as you are reading this post.

We all are artists crafting, playing, and performing.
